Purchased all new appliances last year. Great service and prices! I highly recommend Petrillo’s! Just recommended to a neighborhood app for someone who is looking to purchase a new washer and dryer.

A+++! Knowledge, quality and service that you just can’t find anymore! The techs that delivered my induction slide in range and micro/convection spent a good 20 minutes after installation to review the units, showed me the basics & more, explained tips I might have learned the hard way, made sure I was happy with the unit and delivery. 1000% satisfied!!!! I should mention that this was an emergency purchase and install, and they were able to make it happen in a matter of days!

Petrillos Appliance has been AMAZING to work with. Our dryer is the third appliance we have purchased from them. The price which included delivery and removal of the old dryer was actually cheaper than the big box stores sale price. We had space issues and needed a side vent. They could not have been more accommodating and professional. They will always be our choice for appliances. They are the BEST!

I just had a very professional install done by Petrillo' Appliances today -Brett and Tyler were great! They even took special care to work around my very pesky dog. Excellent Service and I love the option of micro/oven we had with Petrillo's!

When it comes to shopping for a new appliances I always come to Petrillo’s store. They still operate in the way it’s suppose to be - customer comes first. Competitive prices, great service installation crew. My last purchase - driyer/washer combo had an issue from the day one. Manufacturer kept ignoring my complains. I decided to call James - owner of Petrillos store. Once he understood what the issue is - he went out of his way to rectify a problem and finally I have a working replacement - thanks to James! I will alway shop at Petrillos - highly recommended!

I waited 3+ weeks for a dishwasher from a competing box store. I called Petrillo's and they had it delivered and installed by 10AM the next day for me. Their installers were pleasant and professional, and they did a great demo of the dishwasher's features after setup. I highly recommend Petrillo's and will use them again in the future!

I was impressed with Petrillo's reasonably-priced, great dishwasher and the super delivery/installation. We are enjoying our new unit and the delivery/installation was very efficient .

Mark from Petrillo’s was very helpful and knowledgeable in purchasing my gas range. The two young man who delivered and installed the gas range were a pleasure. All were gentlemen, courteous, very knowledgeable, an asset to the business. Installation was perfect. Highly recommend purchasing your appliances at Petrillo’s.

Saturday 2/11 we went in for their expertise, we were sold on the Speed Queen (washer & dryer) and it's now 2/14 and they are installed and perfect. There is no better place to buy appliances. From Brett in the store to Chris & Tyler who delivered & installed, all fantastic. We couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you so much!

How can I give them a rating ABOVE 5 ?
They are the BEST for appliances. Microwave died, family arriving for holidays, it was installed within hours after purchase. Prices are GREAT. They aim to please.. you won't get this service from big box stores. Family owned PETRILLOS is THE BEST !
